Name change: PLA+ Hyper is the same filament we sold as VEXA PLA+ Pro. Nothing about the formula has changed, just the name on the box. While we sell through current stock your spool may arrive in either a PLA+ Pro or PLA+ Hyper box.

VEXA PLA+ Hyper is our Australian formulated PLA+, made for prints that need to survive actual use. With a tensile strength of 38.5 MPa and a notched impact strength of 15.2 kJ/m², it's a big step up from standard PLA in strength and toughness without giving up any of the easy printing. It also handles speed well, so you can run it slow on an older Ender or push it to 400mm/s on a modern high speed machine and get clean results either way.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight to prevent yellowing. Keep the spool sealed with desiccant when you're not using it. If it picks up moisture, a few hours at 50°C in a filament dryer will sort it out.

PLA+ Hyper sits between everyday PLA and the engineering filaments. You keep the easy printing and low warp of PLA and gain real strength and toughness, which makes it an easy default spool for most jobs.
