Shipping policy

Processing & dispatch

  • All orders ship with Australia Post from the Gold Coast.
  • Australia Post collects from us once daily at 3:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day, once payment is received.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery times (Australia)

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address, using live Australia Post rates. You’ll see the exact cost before you pay.

  • Standard (Parcel Post): estimated 2–5 business days.
  • Express (Express Post): estimated 1–2 business days, where available for your address.

Delivery timeframes are estimates based on the Australia Post network. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Free shipping

  • Orders over $120: free standard Parcel Post (2–5 business days).
  • Excludes 3D printers (sorry, they’re huge!).

Tracking information

  • Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.
  • You can also view order status by logging into your account.

Shipping restrictions

Bulky items, large bundles, and some printer parts may be limited to Standard Parcel Post.

Package handling

  • All items are packed securely to arrive in good condition.
  • Filament is vacuum-sealed to reduce moisture during transit.
  • Fragile parts are cushioned and boxed for protection.

Delays

Weather, peak periods, or carrier issues can delay delivery. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Lost or damaged parcels

  • If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before opening and contact us promptly.
  • If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbours and your local post office first.
  • Please lodge any claims within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Address changes

If you need to change the delivery address, contact us immediately at [email protected] or text 0478 966 996. Once an order has shipped, address changes are usually not possible.
