Great service
After one roll in my order was not what I requested, the correct roll was send to me. It is excellent that a mistake was acknowledged and fixed! I used the grey PETG in my AMS and just used an eSun profile. It was basically spot on. I did experience a tiny bit of whisping - incredibly long thin hairs something I've never seen before. A little bit of blobbing when swapping from PLA to PETG, but nothing to be bothered about. A mid-print power fail restarted with no problem at all apart from where the nozzle cooled down and made a blob.
