Important Usage Notes

• No Acetone: Never clean the Textured PEI Plate with acetone — it will damage the PEI surface. Use warm water and detergent instead
• Cooling Before Removal: Always wait for the plate to cool to 35°C or lower before removing prints. Flex the plate gently to release prints
• Adhesion Issues: If adhesion decreases over time, increase bed temperature slightly. For persistent issues, lightly sand with 600-grit sandpaper to restore the surface
• High-Temp Materials: For ABS, ASA, PC, and PA, applying Bambu Lab glue may be required for reliable adhesion
• Wiping Zone Wear: The nozzle wiping area will show wear over time — this is normal and does not affect print quality
• Glue Compatibility: Only use official Bambu Lab glue. Third-party adhesives may damage the plate and void warranty
• LIDAR Calibration: Latest firmware supports automatic LIDAR calibration on Textured PEI plates

Compatibility

This plate is compatible with Bambu Lab X1, X1C, X1E, P1P, P1S, P2S, and A1 printers. A separate A1 mini size variant is available. The Textured PEI Plate is considered a consumable and will gradually wear over time. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not cosmetic damage from normal use.
