Bambu Lab PPS-CF is a carbon-fiber reinforced PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) engineering filament made for extreme functional parts. It combines very high heat resistance, strong chemical and solvent resistance, and excellent stiffness, allowing printed components to perform in harsh industrial environments. PPS-CF is also flame-retardant and maintains dimensional stability under load, making it ideal for high-temperature fixtures, automotive and electronics applications. Supplied as a 1.75mm filament on a 0.75kg spool, it is intended for compatible enclosed Bambu Lab printers using hardened wear components and proper drying.
Key Features
- Carbon-fiber reinforced PPS for exceptional stiffness and strength
- Ultra-high heat resistance with heat deflection temperature up to 264°C (0.45 MPa)
- Excellent chemical, solvent, and corrosion resistance for industrial environments
- Flame-retardant performance (UL-94 V-0 rating) for safety-critical parts
- Requires hardened steel / high-flow nozzle due to abrasive CF content; 0.6mm nozzle recommended
- Must be dried before printing and stored sealed with desiccant
- AMS / AMS Lite not compatible
