The Phaetus Conch Hotend is a high-flow replacement hotend for the Bambu Lab H2D, H2S, A1 and A1 mini. It pairs a removable M4 EndCoat nozzle with an EndCoat coated heatbreak, so the parts that see the most wear are protected when you print carbon fibre, glass fibre and other abrasive filaments. With a maximum flow rate of 50mm³/s and support for temperatures up to 350°C, it keeps up with fast printing and engineering materials alike.
Note: This is the hotend only. It uses your printer's existing heater and thermistor assembly.
Key Features
- High flow rate up to 50mm³/s for fast, consistent extrusion
- EndCoat wear-resistant coating on the nozzle and heatbreak for up to 2.5× longer service life than hardened steel
- Removable M4 nozzle, so you can change nozzle size without replacing the whole hotend
- Inclined dendritic cooling fins increase the cooling surface and help prevent heat creep
- Ceramic insulator with low thermal conductivity keeps heat in the melt zone
- Rigid kinematic coupling protects the heatbreak from bending during nozzle changes

Ideal For
- Replacing a worn or clogged hotend on a Bambu Lab H2D, H2S, A1 or A1 mini
- Printing abrasive filaments without rapid nozzle wear
- Higher flow for faster prints and larger layer heights
- Swapping nozzle sizes without buying a complete hotend each time
Always tighten the nozzle hot when fitting or replacing it. A nozzle tightened cold can loosen as the metal expands and leak during printing.
