The Microswiss CHT High Flow Hotend is a drop-in performance upgrade for Bambu Lab A1, A1 Mini, H2D, and H2S systems. Engineered in partnership with Bondtech, it brings improved flow rates and stronger layer adhesion while maintaining reliable thermal control.

Thanks to its patented CHT flow architecture, this hotend can deliver up to a 50 % increase in volumetric flow compared to standard hardened steel nozzles. It splits the filament flow into multiple micro-chambers to even out deposition and reduce gaps between layers. Even under heavy workloads and fast print speeds, its nonstick WS₂ nano coating helps resist build-up and keeps extrusion consistent.
