The Inslogic PA6-CF (Nylon Carbon Fiber) 1.75mm Filament is a high-performance engineering-grade material designed for demanding 3D printing applications. Reinforced with 20% high-modulus carbon fiber, this filament offers exceptional strength, stiffness, and heat resistance, making it ideal for functional prototypes, mechanical components, and end-use parts.

Its PA6 (Nylon 6) base ensures excellent impact resistance and durability, while the carbon fiber reinforcement significantly enhances its mechanical properties. The filament comes pre-dried and ready to use, minimizing moisture-related issues and ensuring optimal print quality.

Recommended Print Settings:

Nozzle Temperature: 270–290°C

Bed Temperature: 50–70°C

Print Speed: 50–100 mm/s

Cooling Fan Speed: 30%

Nozzle Type: Hardened steel nozzle (0.4 or 0.6 mm) to prevent wear from carbon fibers

Bed Surface: Textured PEI sheet recommended for optimal adhesion

Drying Settings: Dry at 90°C for 12 hours or 110°C for 4 hours before printing

Annealing Settings: 90°C for 12 hours, 110°C for 6 hours, or 130°C for 3 hours
