The Inslogic PA12-CF (Nylon12 Carbon Fiber) 1.75mm Filament is an industrial-grade material designed for high-strength, high-performance 3D printing. Reinforced with 20% carbon fiber, this filament delivers outstanding mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and resistance to heat, wear, and moisture—making it ideal for engineering applications such as automotive parts, jigs and fixtures, drones, and functional prototypes.

Its PA12 base ensures low moisture absorption compared to standard nylons, while the carbon fiber content adds stiffness and improves surface finish. The filament comes pre-dried and ready to print, with minimal warping and consistent extrusion, especially when paired with a hardened steel nozzle and enclosed print chamber.

Drying Before Printing: 90°C for 12h or 110°C for 4h

Optional Annealing: 90°C for 12h, 110°C for 6h, or 130°C for 3h
